Prescription MedicationFoundayo is a prescription oral weight management medication administered once daily. It is clinician-prescribed as part of a supervised weight loss program and should only be used under ongoing provider oversight.
Emergency: If you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, a prolonged painful erection (over 4 hours), or sudden vision/hearing loss — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
Who Should Not Use Foundayo Pill
- Individuals with known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation
- Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
- Patients with uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions without provider clearance
- Children under 18 years of age

Prescription Required
Foundayo is available by prescription only. Do not share your medication or use it outside of the treatment plan provided by your MEDVera provider.
Cardiovascular Monitoring
