Important Safety Information
Latisse (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution 0.03%) is the only FDA-approved prescription treatment for hypotrichosis (inadequate or insufficient eyelashes) to grow longer, fuller, and darker lashes. Applied nightly to the upper lash line.
Emergency: If you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, a prolonged painful erection (over 4 hours), or sudden vision/hearing loss — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
Iris Pigmentation
Latisse may permanently darken the iris (colored part of the eye) in some patients. This change may not be noticeable for months or years.
Skin Darkening
Skin pigmentation changes may occur around the treated area. This is usually reversible after stopping treatment.
Eye Pressure
Bimatoprost can affect intraocular pressure. Patients with glaucoma or increased eye pressure should discuss with their ophthalmologist.
Applicator Use
Use only the sterile applicators provided. Never use applicator more than once — using across multiple eyes or sharing increases infection risk.
