Important Safety Information
Compounded tirzepatide injection contains the same dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist active ingredient found in FDA-approved tirzepatide products, prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy per an individual prescription for chronic weight management under provider supervision.
Emergency: If you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, a prolonged painful erection (over 4 hours), or sudden vision/hearing loss — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
Thyroid C-Cell Tumors
Tirzepatide has shown dose-dependent thyroid C-cell tumors in animal studies. Contraindicated with personal/family history of MTC or MEN 2.
Pancreatitis
Discontinue and seek care immediately if persistent severe abdominal pain occurs, with or without vomiting.
Gallbladder Disease
Rapid weight loss may increase risk of gallstone formation. Report right-sided abdominal pain, nausea, or fever.
Compounding Considerations
Compounded formulations are prepared per your prescription and are not individually FDA-reviewed as a finished product; confirm dosing/concentration with your provider each fill.
